rear shock question.
Hi! everyone.
Tomorrow, I'm going to help a friend to change he's rear shock.
Any advice will be welcome.
Thanks.

rear shock question.
I'll give no particulars but since no one else has kicked in.....It's a simple common sense job with no surprises. Just give the shock a careful look to see how it's mounted and how the swing arm moves in concert with it...and then proceed. rear shock question.
Sergio,
It's a piece of cake. Start taking stuff off, switch shocks, and put it all back on in reverse order. Be sure to lube all the bearings while you have the linkages apart. I just put a Progressive Series 420 on my bike this week. WHY did I wait so long to do this? Sweet!

The gasket that is used in the stock boat anchor muffler (aka Tweety) will not work when attempting to fit it between the midpipe and a different muffler. It cost me $15 to figure this out. (15 bucks for a gasket?!)
Go with the high temp silicon.
