This is a *new*, in-box, never used, Supertrapp EAR exhaust for the
KLR650. Still in the original box and packing material. Mounting
clamps, etc are still in their plastic baggies. Mounting instructions,
etc are included. I've decided to stick with the stock exhaust.
If interested please reply via email.

klr 650: fastest 337 lb. street-legal motorcycle with a 6.1 gal

Of course it is. it weighs 291 lbs (claimed), and makes at least as much power as the KLR. It feels like closer to 40, while the KLR feels like closer to 30, a number borne out by the most reliable dyno work I am aware of. My KLR won't keep up with the DRZ, either in the 14.6 second quarter mile, or in the 40 second quarter mile. The LC4 Duke makes a claimed 55hp, weighs 319 lbs, and probably has the field to itself (or at least free of KLRs) in the 13+ sec. quarter mile, where the KLR is not allowed to compete.> > The Suzuki DR400S is worth a look too--

My DR-Z400S certainly feels faster than my KLR, but I can't ride them both at once to know for sure! __Arden> compete.

Well theres "feels faster" and then theres numbers written down
somewhere in a major publication or online review. Neithers
entirely reliable but I'll go with the numbers. You might be right
about the DR400S--but I kind of doubt it so I'll keep looking for
the written-down numbers.
I agree on the KMT 640, although its not sold in the U.S. to my
knowledge. Still we're discussing the possibility that the KLR 650
is in fact the "fastest, street-legal production motorcycle of its
weight (337 dry or less) in the World" so weve got to include the
KMT. If we limit it to "current production" we can throw out that
blazin Aprilia 250 another guy mentioned.
