Hi Friends,
I have been reading the digest version of the e-mail traffic for several months, but this is my first time to post a question (or two).
1. Has anyone explored modifying the swing arm to add a Zerk fitting in order to grease the bearings without removing the swing arm? (I am planning to remove the swing arm soon and performing this maintenance, I would like to make it easier in the future.)
2. I am planning to replace my front sprocket with a 16T. I have been told that I should replace my early version of the sprocket retaining clip (I have an A-3) with the newer version. Any words of wisdom on this subject? If I should update the clip, could someone point me to a part number and source?
Thank you,
Trent James

Eldon Carl's site ( multisurfacemotorcycling.com ) has the procedure. But really, unless the bolts are frozen solid this procedure is easy to do and provides the opportunity to inspect and retorque everything. Matt>

Ditto on the Aerostich Combat Touring Boots. Great protection but comfortable enough to actually walk in or leave on all day.
