For those to young to have memories back to those days, John inspired the generation of Jammin Jimmys and Bad Brads. pulsating brakes
I'm having an issue with the brakes on my '01 KLR. My rear brake was
pulsating, mostly noticable when slowing to a stop. If I put the bike on
the centerstand and spun the tire, it would always stop quite quite suddenly
at the same spot. I figured I just had a warped rotor, so I bought a new
rotor and put on new brake pads (front and rear) as they were approaching
their wear limit. I also bled the brakes.
Now with a brand new rotor, brakes, and fluid, I'm still having the same
problem. Plus, my front has started pulsing a bit. What the heck?
Anyone have any ideas what might be causing this?
