Try reading it as e-mail, in your e-mail client (Outlook Express, Pegasus,
Eudora). That totally avoids having to deal with Yahoo Groups other than
when you want to change your configuration options.

Yes that is an option, but personnelly I like the web based method,
since I can log in from just about anywhere and check messages.
Never know when a oil thread will pop up.
Speaking of which... Woooo Wal-Mart brand oil... $4.44 a Gallon for
15w40.. can't beat that with a stick. They was outta Delvac 1300 when
I was in there and actually noticed this (Super-Tech I think it is)
and figured what the heck.
Now if I could just get them to stock the Fram filter for the KLR,
they have MC filters, but really limited here. I know I know get the
SS model and be done.

I've been using that exact oil in my diesel car for nearly 4 years now. I used to insist on "brand names", but now I think regular oil changes mean more than the price of the oil. My Dad reacted with horror when I told him, as he thinks it may be recycled oil. He worked at a dealer and remembers what he terms "all the crap" that went down the waste oil hole. I remember a BMW mechanic smoking while he poured some waste down the hole in the pavement and there was an explosion that blew upwards like the afterburner on a jet! One slightly eyebrowless German ! And my car still doesn't burn oil and the internals are clean like new. I can buy the Fram filter at a local store for $10 Cdn,while the Kawasaki original from the dealer is $12 and doesn't have the o ring. Put "419 scam" into Google and you will get over 40,000 hits. The "419"
comes from the section of the Nigerian penal code outlawing the practice.
Anyone considering selling thier bike to such a scammer could instead just
trade their bike to me for the Lacy V. Murrow bridge:
