klr spotted - not one, but two...

Hi guys, I am looking for a set of forks for my 2001 and was just wondering if anyone knows what year forks would fit it! Ive been told that even an early 80s 600 front end would bolt right on but I want to make sure before I buy any old forks and have them not work! Please let me know if you know where I can get a front end that would work for a good price! Thanks, Matt

87-newer front ends are the same as far as I know. Look at http://www.buykawasaki.com and check the parts diagrams for part numbers, go from there. There may be a few people on list that have swapped out their KLR front endas and have the old ones laying around... Why do you need a set of forks? Thanks CA Stu A13 A14
