Any thoughts on how to turn up the heat on a deadbeat uninsured motorist?
 
 I want the $475 to fix my truck.  This is in CA, and there's no police
 report.

I'd probably just inject the guy in the neck with AIDS over a nice
 plate of scones.  Although, bludgeoning with a fruitcake might be good
