south/central texas doohickey party? please

Post by Blake » Mon Aug 25, 2003 1:27 pm

So, do we have any interest in holding a doohickey party. I need to purchase some doohickey insurance, but I don't feel comfortable doing it without guidance. I'm in San Antonio, so that would be my preference, but if there is someone in Austin who wants to sponsor it, I'm open to that also. Actually, I'm up for about anything within 200 miles of me, so that opens up Houston and Waco for me too. So, we need a place (if it's San Antonio my house will work) and a party leader (aka tech guy, aka doohickey guru, aka almost anyone is slightly less dumb than me.)

I would be interested. You need not only someone with prior hands-on experience but also access to the tools (rotor puller, etc). Also need to schedule it so that there is enough time to order the parts and springs. ...............davep A17, Austin
