klr 650 cowling

I was wondering if anyone had some information on where I could order a BLACK cowling for my KLR 650 from. I am having a hard time finding anything but stock colors.

Good luck, I looked around, but I didn't find any either. I am happy with the stock dark green, but was looking at changing over to all stealth black after the "incident" (photos should be posted this week). I ended up with the stock color replacements, just easier to find. You'll have to either try painting, or a bedliner type treatment that some have used. Fireman Ed A17

I know, I know, you could always hit a turkey, throw it off a mountain into some trees, and then it will look so tough that people won't care what color it is. Fireman Ed A17

Crap, Steve, for an old guy like you, that's going to take forever to heal! :-) Dr. Mumford has a 4 part plan: 1) Quit yer whining 2) Take 4 Vicodin 3) Go hit a 4th gear pinned Nac-nac into a no-hander lander. 4) Ride on, brother! CA Stu
