You guys discussed the 2004 RED klr 650 yet? Now I'm liking the green I never liked before. I'm looking for a low mileage KLR650 in or near NM.

Not sure why the SU racks vs. the NW racks would make a difference with how the muffler fits.... I have the SU rack and did end up shaving a bit of the rear fender to create some more clearance for my Laser Pro. 5 mins. With a simple razor blade -- no sweat. Don't let that modification really impact the rack and or muffler you buy -- if that's the issue you're facing. ---------------------------------------- Hi, Just wondering if anyone has installed a Laser Pro Duro with Happy Trails NW side racks (not the SU racks). If so, does the exhaust fit without trimming the rear fender or making other mods? Also, when installing the Dynojet Stage 1 & Stage 2 kits per the instructions, are you drilling the slide lift hole with the DD #30 bit? Thanks, Don
