klr dies in water

I know it's been covered,can't seem to locate it, but the klr died twice while riding in water. Which tube gets the T or re routed? Thanks Dave in Eugene

Where can I get a set of rings online? hopefully for less then 50 bucks? Also Where can I get carb parts online?
