I would check for CRANK Case Over Pressure..and or If it was Ever GAS Soaked, and or if oil is laking form else where and winding up at the base gasket thus "fooling" all of us as to it source (Upper end oil tube or ?? . As To Waving (Another poster) I always wave to Every other biker and 99% of the time they also wave, same second, the ones that don't by th e looks of them, are used to having hand cuffs and no freedom.. and I don't want to know am anyway.. LOL OK, Getting ready to do the Gaffer Brake change with Pic's If it goes well I post what I did and pic's of and results of stopping distances after bedding in and breaking in a few weeks.. .
