Just came back from that area a few weeks ago. Never made it to the Dragon, too much fog and rain! :) Check out this site: http://www.tailofthedragon.com/ Lots of info on Deals Gap, but also check out the "Other Roads" section which has good info on back roads and dual sport rides in the area. jim

I don't like to get into the political thing too much, it starts flame wars and I'm not always too sure that I have all of the info to make an non biased stand but I will say this: There are too many people, corporations, foundations, unions, special interest groups, etc. influencing or carrying out "public policy" now that think that the end justifies the means. They don't care how they achieve their goal, just that it happens...if that means bribing politicians, planting lies or false data, issuing falsified reports, organizing violent protests, hiding data not supporting the goal behind official secrecy acts, shady accountancy, whatever, they will do it without even thinking that it undermines community trust or hurts us all in the long-term. It is sad that we have to think about what the hidden agenda might be behind a particular position...it should be more open. Peter B Calgary
