motorcycle trails, you are either crazy, lucky, or damn good. Unless it is a specifically modified KLR, I don't think their are too many folks that can safely do Hungry Valley or Balistter Canyon. (There is a claim one trail connects the two areas. Any truth to this myth you KLR MX'rs. It would seem to me, that you might be better off up by Big Bear, or go up in the Los Padres and get some experience. Watch out for clay on a cloudy day in this area. Don't ask. midnight_rider [Non-text portions of this message have been removed]>Hungry Valley < If you rode the KLR through the Hungry Valley SVRA

nklr: chill till fred gets back.
Hey dude, take it in stride. After you and your friend have been here a
while, you'll see how good Fred is to these people. In fact, Fred may have
cancelled the order because he knew he was not going to be in town. If I
remember correctly they were waiting on weather to get started. He may just
have been in gear and did not have time for your friend. Believe me, with
these guys, if you are a DS supplier and you don't take good care of your
customers, you are out of business. So it pays them to treat us right and it
does us well by getting almost always excellent service.
