I bought furniture from Seaman's on 12 months same as cash once. Being the cheap bar steward I am I went in to the store the day before the due date and paid it in full - and got a signed and dated receipt. The next month as expected I got a bill for $350. The statement showed the payment and then the accrued interest charge was added the next day. I had to threaten them with legal action to get the charge removed. The drone's argument was that if the computer says it's owed there is nothing they can do. What crap. I'm quite sure there are many people who would just pay them once they are threatened with a collection action over a bill they do not even owe. What a scam. -- Dave Morrow IS Manager R.E.Warner & Associates Westlake, Ohio 440-835-9400
