What years, if any Klr were made with kickstart? I am considering buying a klr, but i would really like to have a kickstart for the heck of it. I heard that 1995 versions had a kickstart? Is this true? Is it possible to install a kickstarter on a 1995+ model? Ricardo

First, I am not a mechanic nor do I play one on TV. When torquing bolts use the thread diameter NOT the bolt head size to determine values. If you use the head size you might not be happy with the results when you snap the $%^&##*&^&$ thing! I posted this just in case I was not the only person in the world who did not know it.
