Today I mounted a Garmin III+ on my KLR 650 and it worked flawlessly
for the first 2 hours of riding. Then it shut down for no apparent
reason. I turned it on 3 or 4 times, but it shut down each time just
after hooking up to the satelites.
Anyone have any ideas?

hard or soft bags / tankbag window
in> I'm still puzzled as to why the clear plastic rips out on the Kawi > bag. It is that the plastic is of poor quality and becomes brittle
It is thin plastic, and the stress put on the seam between the top of the window and the fabric by stuffing the bag. My stock window lasted a year before it let go. Stu> colder temps or does it not hold up well to abuse by over stuffing > the pocket? >
