aftermarket bashplate for tengai?? anyone?
Before I begin a possible "Don Quixote" quest, I thought that I would ask
the list if anyone knows where I can obtain an aftermarket bashplate to
replace the OEM pseudo-bashplate on my '90 Tengai. Some "adventuresome"
riding this afternoon managed to shatter it.
If there's not a direct
bolt-on available for it, has anyone manage to modify one for a KLR? TIA

Shame on you. You better sell your fairing before you destroy it, or buy another KLR for woods beating. off-list and on to baja
Oh the pain, the pain...a note like this has gotta be
kept away from those of us stuck back east and only
able to stare at the 6 foot baja map on the wall and
recall past trips to baja...well I am glad someone is
doing it, hope to be back there again soon.
