aftermarket bashplate for tengai?? anyone?

Post by Daniel Baker » Fri Dec 21, 2001 8:24 pm

Before I begin a possible "Don Quixote" quest, I thought that I would ask the list if anyone knows where I can obtain an aftermarket bashplate to replace the OEM pseudo-bashplate on my '90 Tengai. Some "adventuresome" riding this afternoon managed to shatter it. :( If there's not a direct bolt-on available for it, has anyone manage to modify one for a KLR? TIA Daniel

Shame on you. You better sell your fairing before you destroy it, or buy another KLR for woods beating. Mark B2 A2 A3

Oh the pain, the pain...a note like this has gotta be kept away from those of us stuck back east and only able to stare at the 6 foot baja map on the wall and recall past trips to baja...well I am glad someone is doing it, hope to be back there again soon. hasta la by by, fred --- Krgrife@... wrote:

===== fred w smith, A Zen master once said to me "Do the opposite of whatever I tell you." So I didn't. But seriously, you knew it would happen eventually: http://www.shibumi.org/eoti.htm __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
