You sure it's the rear moving ? Most cases involve the front end acting goofy because of the huge wind grabbing front fender. Take the thing off and compare. The usual cures are a lower fender or a fork brace.> have u guys ever experience KLR650 riding on high speed problem? i > noticed that my bike wobling while riding at 160km/h or something > like the back of the bike swinging softly!!! how can i improve my > bike stablity on highway? >
Preload ( spring tension ) is adjusted by a nut on the shock. To adjust damping you must snap off a plastic cap to get to the adjustment. Study the shock; you'll find them both. The higher the number the harder/stiffer Bogdan> > > and one more question! how to adjust the back suspension to make it > harder! coz yesterday i fecth a fat ass around with my KLR and then > every cornering i scracth my side stand and my foot rest too!!!>

Where are your forks positioned in the triple clamp? Mine were set at the shipping height when I got the bike. Moved them to flush and cruise at about 80 with little or no problems, except when passing large trucks. My bike is all stock and still has the windshield on.> have u guys ever experience KLR650 riding on high speed problem? i > noticed that my bike wobling while riding at 160km/h or something > like the back of the bike swinging softly!!! how can i improve my > bike stablity on highway? >

I've finally taken the time to read Mariola Chichon's web page.
Gosh....I think I'm in love. (Don't tell my wife.) What more could
you hope to expect in a woman? Adventurous...attractive....and
tough as nails. Oh, and there's the love of the KLR. Now if she
was rich and offered to fund a ride around the world....She'd be
perfect. j/k
