questions about a 98klr....

Hello All, I purchased a used pair of Darien pants awhile back. They are size 34 and unfortunately are a little too small. I've come to the conclusion that my legs are not going to get any smaller no matter how much I exercise. I just can't comfortably where them over a pair of jeans. So, if anybody out there has got a pair of Darien pants that are size 36 or 38 and needs something smaller, and wouldn't mind trading for a smaller pair, let me know. These are in excellent, as new condition and would bring a good price on ebay, but I'd rather trade than go through the trouble of selling them. Hello, I am new to the board but not riding.I have a GSX-R1000. Any way I am purchasing a A12(98) KLR650 from a mature gentleman.I will be picking it up in a week. I have read about some of the mods that are done on the 650's.My questions are: What should I look out for on this bike? I have my 1000 for 5 months and already have 2800miles on it. Things that I am going to change: Tires, Brake lines,posibly the pads and the fluid. Exhaust, filter, oil, oil filter, posibly the clutch. I may need a chain and sprockets. Is their anything thet I might be overlooking? Any info is welcomed.
