help! coolant flushing basics

Post by ryanwow2000@yahoo.com » Fri Oct 05, 2001 12:39 am

Getting ready for a mega-flush before Death Valley on my new A12, since I'm running hot. As I start looking at the nuts and bolts of the job, I realize there's got to be a much easier (or cleaner) way then what I was about to attempt, and my barren scalp can't afford any more hair-pulling. I know there's always a few key little secrets to every job, so I'm asking the pros here, would anyone mind laying out a quick outline for a radiator/ reservoir flush that won't leave my garage floor wet and green? Or if you know an existing one already online, please direct me to it. I've already searched the archives and all that. Thanks! Ryan A12

Stop that, stop that, that's silly! RIGHT! And now...for something completely different. "Swede" - there's no tape recorder up my nose!
