punky meets disaster- again

As all of you have known, Punky's recovery was going quite well. However, it is my sad duty to inform you, that while skydiving over the desert, Punky was inadvertently acquired as a target by an off-course Anti-Ballistic Missile, and shot down. Lucky for Punky, though, the missile's payload failed to detonate- which could have easily resulted in vaporizing him. Instead, he was struck by the missile at approximately Mach 7, resulting in a very serious bruise. Miraculously, the missile's impact changed the trajectory of his fall just enough- to land him in the shipping and recieving dock of a pillow factory. Punky is reported to be 'in high spirits' despite his latest ordeal, and was even said to have requested a bottle of tequila and a copy of 'playdoggie', much to the bemusement of the staff at Rosary Canine Medical. The US Air Force expresses 'sincere regret' over this incident, and annouced a firm resolve to recalibrate their tracking mechanisms in order to avoid another Punky/ABM mishap in the future. -rob atomic seattle hard trance/goa live pa http://www.evergo.net/~atomic
