I have been cosidering putting a bigger sprocket on my KLR to
decrease the RPM when I'm on the highway but someone told
me that you couldn't put a bigger rear on. Has any body put a
bigger sprocket on there KLR.

bigger sprocket
I think you'll want to put a smaller on on the rear to reduce R's on the
road.

See 2 more storage nooks you can make on your KLR650. I put photos,
dimensions, & instructions on how to make a 2 1/2" PCV storage tube
that fits within the frame and a glove/cargo net storage tray that
fits behind the headlight at this web site

bigger sprocket
What difference is there in putting a smaller sprocket on the rear or a bigger
one on the front?
Does it pan out to being the same comparitively speaking?
