Sent in my $ and app for the '01 BD d/s ride at Zig Zag OR, USA. Gona ride both days July 7 & 8, arrive mid day July 6 coming from Klamath Falls and the Nat'l Concours Rally there July 1-6. Yeah! I'm a lucky, lucky guy. Taking the week off work obviously. I hear there will be a Fri nite ride this year at the BD.. don't recall one last year. Will ride the KLX in the two day event but last time brought the KLR too for local pavement/gravel ride Friday. Will take off this Friday for the NW COG Bun Cooler rally at Lowell ID this weekend. Looks like the weather is gona cooperate too. Is anyone riding to Moab from Pacific Northwest? I am new to the KLR, but plan to ride there. Leaving from Vancouver Island, through Washington to Oregon, and on to Moab. If others are headed there, and wouldn't mind if I tagged along, it would be appreci-ated. Any route is acceptable, so I could meet up with other riders most places 'more or less' on the way.
