nklr unions

Post by rowdy » Fri Jan 12, 2001 9:13 pm

I work in a union environment. Are there problems? You bet! Would it be better without a union? I doubt it. Remember, the purpose of a union is to benefit it's members. I know a lot of folks who are union members that bitch about their unions. I don't know any who would not want to be represented.    Something I learned in a management class is "Unions are a product of bad management". I believe that statement to be true. Another $.002 for all you folks! Rowdy
