nklr-yahoo--customer care

Post by garyot@bigfoot.com » Thu Oct 12, 2000 2:17 pm

Yahoo-Customer Care-just contacted me about our email problem that we had back in mid-September. They gave me suggestions on how to adjust my preferences on the -My Groups- page. I guess they didn't have a problem after all........We just didn't have our preferences set up properly. All 800 of us. I feel so stupid !!!! Gary in Michigan

Hi Gary: I don't feel stupid. I feel angry all over again from reading the kind of crap response you got. It just reminds me of the similar idiotic cookie-cutter/canned response I got when I complained to them last month. It is apparent to me that Yahoo customer service must be staffed by a bunch of yahoos. I feel better now. Ride on. Lew Waterman Punky & Lew's Americas Motopaseo Greenacres, Florida

In case I wasn't perfectly clear. I sent my complaint on September 17. I got the response to that complaint today. I thought that was odd. And a tad slow. Gary in Michigan
