motor oils
Well, I want to go on record as saying I wouldn't mind a bit of a re-visit
to the oil discussion. It's high time. Lots of new folks who didn't get it
last time. And the weather is getting colder. By the way, where is Skip
these days? Haven't seen any of his posts for a while and he had about the
most to say on the subject.
(...here it comes...) I use 20w50 Honda 4-stroke and have had no problems.
It bumps hard into first gear when I start it up I guess because the oil
doesn't get some of the clutch assembly movin'. I remember someone saying
straight 30w got rid of that...
Is there a place on egroups to put in what everyone uses in their KLR? Just
sort of an FYI?
