UUMMMM ?????? HUH??? What's KORG and who are you, why do I get so many emails everyday about a motorcycle. :) Thanks Rev, but I didn't come up with KORG, thus I don't deserve the credit. I'll galdly take a new year of DSN by mistake but there is another lister out there that spent many sleepless nights to come up with KORG. I merely added that if we choose KORG then we should make the K look like a B from a distance on our logos, patches, stickers and etc. I don't have a clue who it was, but he is out there. Actually so long as we don't use their logo, there isn't a legal problem. I pretty sure you can't Copyright a Name (radio stations can't copyright their station call letters), you can do a logo design though. You can Copyright, trademark, register, or SM (forgot that one) a logo; you can trademark a name, register a name but you can't Copyright it. So I don't see a reason why we can't use KORG in our logo. Has anyone checked to see if the other KORG is even registered, TM'd or SM'd, at least in the US? For example, I can register my company name and TM my logo but I don't think I can copyright the name. Besides, that other KORG would have to prove that their image and subsequent business has been damaged by a bunch of old, over-weight, balding men wanting to ride their dirt bikes on the road. What harm could we possibly do to them :) LaterZ Dash
