Don't forget the flakes! This may just be urban legend, but I've heard that one of the reasons lane splitting is legal in CA is because an air-cooled bike would fry if stuck in traffic. I also heard that this was important because the poh-lice had air-cooled bikes, but I figure they'd split anyway. Good luck with the ticket! C -- Dr. J.
