nklr: how to buy a klr650 from manila

I thought they had c.c. limitations on the motorcycles in the Phillippines ? Or is that only for trikes ? I guessing your best bet would be Austrailia , New Zealand or Guam. Find one for sale and ship to the P.I. Was stationed there for 4 years in the USAF and miss the place badly. Mike Awesome A1klr650
