I follow Elden's recommendation and not let them get tighter than .006 intake and .008 exhaust for the first 6,000 miles. Following his advice you would adjust the left exhaust to .008 and the left intake to .006. The fact that they are different is of no consequence. So, if you're comfortable being on the edge ignore the adjustment. Regards, Kurt
