Todd >> I had my bike up on a box, mounting my new tire and when I spun it, I found the clearence between the chain guard/chain/tire to be minescule I had to tweek for a while before I heard no rubbing, also make sure your chain has about 3/4" play when the bike is fully loaded, I found that when I took Kawasaki's advice about chain slack it was too tight and my chain made noise -neil
