Just wondering if the bike puts out enough juice to power something that high. Any responses will be appreciated. Thanks John A7 John M. [dsn_klr650] higher wattage bulb
John:
An itermediate step you may want to take is trying on of the new Xenon bulbs
rated at 60/55W (stock). I used a Sylvania 9003 CB bulb that can be
purchased at most auto part stores for under 15 bucks. This bulb was much
better than the stock one IMO. Some users are using higher wattage bulb with
no ill effects. Check the archives for more info.

I'm using a Piaa Super Blue (I think that is the name) that draws the same as a 55/60 but supposedly has the output of a 110/100. Seems to be true. Very bright light. Fres has them at hsi shop.
