installing rallypro handguards

i'm going to put on my rally pro handguard tonight. the left side should be pretty straightforward, but are there any helpful hints for the right side? do i need to remove any of the actual throttle bits, or just cut a hole in the end of the grip? any special tools? -mark weaver

hand guard - the simple aluminum bar type

I bought an off brand aluminum bark buster at Malcom Smith Motorsprots in Riverside Ca. I bought the least expensive one I could find, $35 It was a tight squeeze, but i moved my clutch to the right a little and they fit good..( my break was missing the ball from an earlier crash) I did manage to heat up a stelleto and cut a hole in the stock guards and they fit perfect on the bark busters, I was amazed at how acurate my eye balling measurements were.
