Wow so many ways. I can tell you how I like mine and you can go with it from there. Kawasaki Tankbag lined with plastic for camera, gun, etc. Ortleib Dry bags over Tim's SU racks for clothing and extra stuff. Large Blue Sea Line for Camping equipment like tent, ground cloth, therorest, sleeping bag, whisper stove with fuel bottle, cooking and eating gear and still have a bit of room there. I strap this to the passenger section of the seat. I little Fishing gear pouch for Chain lube, extra tools, tubes etc. . Have large tanks panniers from Aero but have not use them on this bike yet.
