using massive pressure.never have. The adjuster bolt now rotates freely in
either direction with finger pressure. Obviously my adjuster is 'stuffed'.
I've phoned a few Kawasaki dealers here in Sydney, but nobody's convinced me
that they really know the part I'm talking about! Any advice would be
welcome. I won't be able to afford to get it fixed for a few weeks anyway.
Oh yeah.I haven't started it. I'll get a trailer or something to take it to
be fixed.

Colin, I'd pull off the side cover and rotor and see what is going on and
while doing it I would upgrade the balancer mechanism ala Elden Carl's
recommendation...the parts needed are in the archives and also published
several times in Dual Sport News...you are right not to start the bike...
