You were unlucky. I bashed, smashed and ricocheted my Gripster-shod KLR off 200 miles of Rocky Mountain dirt, gravel and jeep roads plus a couple rocky stream beds this weekend. No flats. The only thing, so far, that has made the Gripsters I've used on my GS and KLR lose air was a Mormon finishing nail that was discovered in my rear tire at the conclusion of the Friday night dinner in Moab's City Park this year. I recommend staying away from Moab with your heathen Gripsters. < I am planning a 140 mi. AMA dual sport ride (easy loop) with the wife in tow on her Super Sherpa. > Oh, c'mon, man; let her start the bike and ride it under its own power. Chris Lawson
