I am going on the assumption that you have a FAX capable modem. I don't personally use MS FAX. I use Quicklink Message Center, but I don't imagine it could be that much different. You have to set your default printer to your fax software. Click on the "Start", then "Settings", then "Printers". You should see icons for your printer, and for Microsoft Fax. Right click on MS Fax, and select "set as default". Now, when you create any type of document, such as a word document, and then go to print it, the document will get faxed. There is undoubtedly some set up that MS Fax will require, which I can't help you with, but I'm sure that there is going to be easy to follow on-screen directions. Hope this helps, Jeff
