They get left off of bikes more for ground clearance than dry weight these days. I've got a Lockhart-Phillips stand at home that fits my CBR and KLR for servicing. And I use the "side-stand lean" with a second person for on the road lubing. Shocked the heck out of one of my street bike buddies when I did it the first time... ---o&>o--- Sarah Barwig sarah@...
