The KLR tank bag works great and has kind of a bra to protect a lot of the paint on the tank...if you want something with way lots more room...than try the Wolfmann Explorer...Fred's got'em... Kurt

Hey has anyone checked out the new 2001 paint job. When I first saw it I thought, "Oh great...those wacky Kawasaki painters are at it again". It has since grown on me though, and I actually, kinda like it. I figure it's better than the solid drab green they sported the past year or two and, (I could be wrong) but the green on the new model doesn't appear quite so "olive-drab-pea colored. I think it's a bit darker like a "hunter or forest green".......any opinions on the new colors/design??? Dan in SoCal Previous 93 KLR owner & soon to be new 2001
