Ride Report - Skyline Drive Skyline Drive in the Blue Ridge mountains of Northern Virgina... hey Zach...great report.....i've ridden Skyline several times myself on the KLR, but usually I do it on my Katana so I can hit the corners harder...it is beautiful up there...we usually ride half of the ridge and then get off in the George Washington National Forest and ride through there....its all great scenery and twisty roads.....just gotta watch out for tourists stopping or looking over the cliffs instead of at the road......instead of taking 66 back in...try route 211 and such roads...there are alot of great routes that run back into D.C...I myself hate 66 and only use it if i'm in my truck...I wish I could remember all of the routes, but I usually follow folks up and can't remember all the routes.....
