Brian, I choose the XL after trying on both the XL & L. I wear size 44
jacket, 180 lb, 6-1", 34 waist. The L fit "just right" - except- across
the back of the shoulder with back support (pad) and winter clothes including
a liner. It was just a tab tight when stretched out in riding position. So
I went with the XL - which is big. This gives me plenty of room for layered
clothing in the Winter and the loose fit in the Summer allows mucho air to
circulate. But it is a loose, baggy fit that can be *cinched-up* via the
waist belt and sleeves when desired. I like it. But, I like the Darien
pants even more than the jacket - gives me protection and ease of use that I
didn't think possible. I rode yesterday in bright sun and F90+, and was
comfortable as long as I was moving. When you stop - you cook. Shoot the
wad and get the whole deal - you will not be disappointed.
Knot - who deserves a commission from Andy - ya listenin' Andy?
