That's American capitalism at work.....the classified section of newspapers in a typical sized american town (pop + or - 125,000) used to show maybe 4 to 10 4WD vehicles for sale. Now it is pages long, and usually headed "FourWheelDrives and Spot Utility Vehicles". The market for these puppies is hot, so prices are up. People willfully pay ridiculous amounts of money for these things. $503 month for 84 momnths? Wow, I guess I am just out of it, having to budget to meet monthly expenses. P.T. Barnum had something to say about this, as I am sure the marketing minds at Harley Davidson do as well. Some day not far in the future, they will be giving them away, if you purchase a contract to buy gas for the thing. __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Kurt, You haven't mentioned how many miles your machine's logged. You did say it was burning oil and needed a new top end; Do you know why? Are you the original owner? What's the maintenance history? Bogdan, who also travels South alone.
