Forgive my ignorance, but what the hell does a CIO do, and, regardless of where they park, just why do we need them? Rob (CSD 'Chief Sh*& Disturber, CMRPITA 'Chief Motorcycle Riding Pain In The A*&, but not CIO ,as far I know.)
