By boiling, I meant completely tearing the carb down, and placing the metel parts into a carbuator cleaning solution bath. The stuff comes in a gallon can like housepaint, and smells strangely like Band Aids or antiseptic or something. Really nasty stuff, so be careful of your skin, and don't place any rubber or plastic parts in, as they will dissolve. Jeff
