vancouver dealers (nklr)

Post by tryce@reid-crowther.com » Wed Jun 14, 2000 10:25 am

I lost the original message of this thread whilst madly emptying my inbox so the boss wouldn't see.... From what I've heard about local dealers around Vancouver, you nailed the best one.  Burnaby Kawasaki has always treated me and my buds well (they gave me a practically brand-new shift lever last week for $5).  While researching bikes, they helped me to determine the appropriate values for used KLRs, even though they didn't have any, and wanted to sell me a new one (I wish!).  If you caught my earlier post, you'll know I don't think much of Holeshot Racing, but I've heard from others that they are OK.  There was another lister not too long ago that got their bike from Clearbrook.  Check the archives for who that was; they may have a tidbit of info or two... Talk to the Service guys, ask 'em a few technical questions that the list passes around, and see how well they answer.  This will seperate the men from your toy.
