I'd be reluctant to go _near_ such a tyre with 90psi in it, let alone handle one, even while wearing an industrial face shield. 120psi sounds too much like a potential disaster to me. As Tom says, you can use soapy water to lube the bead a bit, or use the fancy dedicated bead lube that tyre shops use. I've only ever fixed one puncture (on the back of my 600) and didn't need any lube. I just pumped the tyre a bit, bounced the wheel around, pumped it up some more and bounced it more etc etc until it was seated to my satisfaction. Mister_T
