LAN the house/shop complex and definitely have a clean room for computer
stuff. My experience with ceiling fans in shops is bad, so I recommend
against. Instead you want a positive pressure shop, central input and
outputs on the ends up high. Nix the shower, unless you intend to use it
for rinsing before entering the hot tub (located outdoors). Nix the
urinal, full throne buddy. Make several walls with the 1/4" peg board
spaced away from the dray wall. Don't make a wall of pegboard, you'd be
asking for a dust collection site. You need a fume hood, easily
incorporated into the posi pressure output. Around the fume hood you'll
need a couple of shower curtains to keep things contained and pointed in
the right direction. Make a shop-vac integral system for dust collection
on grinder and buffing wheel. You didn't mention the buffing wheels but I
use mine all the time and I'm glad I bought the unit. No less than 1 pony
and with a long arbor throw, so you can do big awkward parts or
places. You didn't mention the welder, MIG is best for avg. shop, TIG if
you know what you are doing. Small lathe is invaluable, milling machine
too. You can buy combo units for hobby stuff pretty cheap. Couch is good,
futon is better. You never know.
She might just come out and surprise you, milling machine is not good for that.
All your electricals should be at the 4 foot stripe.
