The 3.25 front is no problem but the 5.30 rear will probably have clearance
problems. I'm using the 5.10 Kenda and it barely clears the swingarm. You
might consider the Maxxis 6006 which comes in 130/80-17.

1996 klr for sale - burlington ontario
I hate to be doing this, but I will be selling my '96 and trying a
different bike for now. (I had put a deposit down on a RC51, but I
let it go when the stock markets fell. Instead, I will be buying a
YZF1000. Funny. 'cause the guy that I bought my KLR off of was
selling it to buy a YZF also.)
I don't imagine that I will be without a KLR (or similar) for very
long. I am really torn up about selling it. I enjoy it too much and
like having a bike that I'm not worried about riding when most of my
friends won't.
Anyhow, here's the schtick:
32000 kms
Rifle Windscreen
Supertrapp (External Disks) - 18 disks available
Progressive Fork Springs
MSR Bash Plate
Uni Filter (Airbox snorkle out)
Jet Kit
Clutch & Clutch Springs have been replaced
Front rotor replaced
SS Front Brake Line - Still in Box
Manuals
Liabilities:
New grips will soon be required.
Front tire will soon need to be replaced (but will pass safety)
It will be in the auto-trader by May 19 if I have not had any luck on-
line.
