I have a set of Pelican 1520's mounted on my own design mounts. I used 1/2 inch solid steel rod for the main section and 1/4x2 plate for the attachment points. I had all this stuff bent, welded and drilled by a local shop for $58.00. I don't have a pick yet up on my web site (listed below) but if you want I will give you the dimensions and all that stuff. I used some neat stuff I found at the local ACE hardware store to mount the bags to the rack. If you want more info E-mail me off list.
